Gender Neutral Pricing:

Hair has no gender! All haircuts at B&B are booked according to length and texture. When booking, please let our front desk know the approximate length of your hair so we can ensure you are booked for the correct service.

Got Curly hair? 

Please come to your appointment with your hair down, dry and detangled hair in it’s natural state (product is ok!). Our stylists are well trained in dry cutting techniques. To care for your curls, we need to see what they look like naturally. If you come in any other state other than mentioned above, we may not be able to perform your service.  We offer scalp, detox, and conditioning treatments that our stylist may recommend you add on to your appointment, for an additional fee.

Detangling/Dematting:

We understand that matting situations require sensitive care, and happen sometimes beyond your control. Dematting can often be a time consuming process, sometimes over the course of several days, therefore we charge an hourly rate based on consultation. If this is your situation, please inform our front desk when booking as other services cannot be preformed on matted hair. You can always book a free consultation to discuss your options.

Charging a no-show/cancellation fee is essential to honor the time and expertise of our stylists while ensuring fairness to all clients. Implementing a no-show/cancellation fee ensures fairness to clients by encourages responsible booking practices, which in turn allows more clients to secure their preferred appointment times.

• All haircut and bang or neck trim services require cancellation within 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If you fail to notify our front desk within the cancellation period, you are subject to the corresponding no-show/cancellation fees.
  • Bang or neck trim appointment: full service charge of $15-20.
  • Haircut: $30 fee
• Color and chemical services require a cancellation notice within 48 hours of the appointment time. This is due to the extended time of the service. If you fail to notify our front desk within the cancellation period, you are subject to the corresponding no-show/cancellation fees.
• • New color/chemical services have a $50-$100 (depending on the service) deposit upon booking that will be used toward the finished service total. The deposit is refundable if you give at least 48hrs notice.
  • Returning color/chemical services will be charged a $50-$100 (depending on the service) deposit at the time of forfeited appointment.

Wellness fee:

• We believe in taking care of our team’s well-being, which is why we add a $3 wellness fee to hair services. This helps us to provide monthly health insurance reimbursements for our dedicated staff.
